AUTHENTICITY & ETHICS

Are the artworks authentic?
Yes. All artworks available through No Fixed Address are created by Aboriginal artists and are ethically sourced. Where applicable, artworks are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity and artist information.

Do artists receive payment directly?
Yes. Artists are paid fairly for their work, and we prioritise direct relationships and transparent processes.

Are the artworks one of a kind?
Many pieces are one of a kind, particularly original artworks. Product listings will always specify whether an item is original or limited in nature.

COLLECTION & CARE

Is each artwork signed by the artist?

Where applicable, artworks are signed by the artist. Details will always be noted in the product description.

Will my artwork come with a Certificate of Authenticity?

Yes. Where applicable, artworks are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity and artist information, providing assurance of provenance and authenticity.

Are the colours exactly as shown online?

We make every effort to photograph artworks accurately. However, colours may vary slightly depending on lighting, screen settings, and the nature of handmade works.

How should I care for my artwork?

To preserve your artwork, we recommend keeping it out of direct sunlight, avoiding areas with high humidity, and handling it with clean, dry hands. Specific care instructions may be included where relevant.

SHIPPING & ORDERS

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally and offer free express post on international orders. Please note that international shipments may be subject to local taxes, duties, or customs fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.  

How long will my order take to arrive?
Shipping times vary depending on location and the artwork purchased. Tracking details are provided once your order is dispatched.

Is my artwork packaged safely?
Yes. All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition.

RETURNS & ISSUES

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns in line with Australian Consumer Law. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist you promptly.

Are artworks insured during shipping?

Yes. All artworks are insured for their full value while in transit, providing peace of mind from dispatch through to delivery.
